Digitization on the road to success
We live and breathe digitalization and are constantly developing it further. In the Concrete Solutions division in particular, we work with a formal “digitalization roadmap” and external expert advice.
In 2022, the “Digitalization Roadmap” project was launched in collaboration with Horváth & Partners. The definition of digitalization for Concrete Solutions and clear, measurable goals for around 50 digitalization projects were set. A specialized project management office was established. This means we can now plan our resources even better.
Our most important principles are standardization across company boundaries and a focus on customer-oriented and business-enhancing initiatives.

As Kirchdorfer, we set internationally established standards in terms of information security. Our business success depends to a large extent on ensuring that information is up-to-date, unaltered and always treated with the necessary confidentiality.
Information security is not just an obligation, it is a central component of our corporate culture.
We have integrated information security into our management system. By implementing this ISMS and aligning security measures in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, we demonstrate a level of security in line with a recognized international standard.
